Perfect Iced Coffee

Finding the perfected iced coffee can be an elusive task. Luckily, when you do find it, it is utterly delicious and heavenly. I loved iced coffee all the months of the year, but especially in the Spring and Summer which is right around the corner.

One of my favorite iced coffee methods it the one the Pioneer Woman utilizes. She cold brews her coffee to where it is quite strong. After the coffee water has been strained she adds some to ice and adds sweetened condensed milk for a sweet treat. I love the spin on it that makes it like a Vietnamese iced coffee.

This is short video with some perfect iced coffee making tips. I love the idea of making coffee ice cubes! What a brilliant thing to do so that the iced coffee does not become watered down. If you have any tips or tricks, please let us know in the comment section!

Thai Iced Coffee & Tea

I absolutely adore Thai iced coffee and tea drinks. They are the beverage I splurge and drink on special occasions. As they are quite sweet and rich, I do not believe they are suited towards everyday drinking.

I found this video online today showing Thai Iced Coffee being made in Thailand. It basically consists of:

sweetened condensed milk
sugar
coffee
ice
evaporated milk

The result of these ingredients is pure heaven in a cup. I love how in this video the result of the iced coffee is served in a plastic bag. I have not seen that done before.

Iced Coffee

I am an avid lover of iced coffee! It is truly one of the most delicious and refreshing beverages in summer! Actually, I have been known to drink quite a bit of iced coffee even in the winter. I just love the iciness mixed with the lushness of the coffee. Here is a great video with lots of delicious cold coffee recipes such as vanilla lattes, coffee spritzer, and shaken mocha!

Apricot Iced Coffee Recipe

Apricot Iced Coffee

Ingredients

¾ cup chilled coffee
½ cup cup chilled apricot juice
½ pt softened vanilla ice cream.
½ cup of fresh apricots.

Instructions for Apricot Iced Coffee:

Mix the coffee, milk and apricot nectar together in a bowl.
Add the softened ice cream and beat until smooth.
Blend fresh apricots in a blender until smooth. Pour the apricot mixture into a coffee glass and top with the coffee mixture.
